If you choose to delete a message rather than sending it to the trash, Clean Email deletes the message from your email provider’s server permanently. However, most email providers will permanently delete anything that has been in the trash longer than a certain time period, typically from 7 to 30 days, depending on your provider. When you move messages to the trash, you can easily access the Trash folder (or “Deleted items” in some email clients) and move the messages to a different folder, if you change your mind. In addition to moving the messages to other folders and changing their read or unread status, you can also move messages to the trash or delete them permanently.
